AI Connections · Pro

Your AI assistant,
answering from your saves.

Connect Nemivo to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or any assistant that speaks MCP. Ask it for a film, a place to eat or a recipe and the answer comes out of the posts you saved, not off the open web.

Read-only, limited to the collections you pick, and revocable in one click. Setup takes about a minute.

You, in your AI assistant

Recommend me a film from the ones I saved

Reading your Nemivo saves

Two of your saves fit tonight:

  • Perfect Days

@filmnotlari · Wim Wenders. A man who cleans toilets in Tokyo and is happier than you.

  • Aftersun

@sinemadefteri · You will not know what hit you until the last five minutes.

You saved both yourself, one in March and one last week.

The difference

Same question. Different answer.

An assistant that cannot see your saves is answering for everybody. One that can is answering for you.

"Recommend me something to watch"

Without your saves

The same handful of films it recommends everyone, none of which you asked to be reminded of.

With them

The films from the posts you actually saved, with the caption that made you save each one and a link back to the original.

"Where should we eat in Chiang Mai?"

Without your saves

A list assembled from whatever ranks well, filtered by nothing you have ever expressed.

With them

The places out of your own saves, the ones a friend sent you or you found at 1am and filed away.

"What have I saved about this?"

Without your saves

It cannot answer. It has never seen your library.

With them

A straight answer with the saves it came from, so you can go read the original instead of taking its word.

Where it works

Bring your own assistant.

Nemivo does not ask you to talk to a new chat window. It plugs into the one you already use.

ChatGPT

Sign in to approve

Add Nemivo as a custom connector and it sends you here to sign in and approve. Nothing to copy, nothing to paste. Needs a ChatGPT plan that has connectors.

Claude Desktop

Paste a key

Add one block to its config file and restart. The setup snippet is generated for you, key already filled in.

Claude Code

Paste a key

One `claude mcp add` command in the terminal, then your saves are available in any session.

Cursor & VS Code

Paste a key

Same config block as Claude Desktop. Useful when the thing you saved was a repo, a library or a thread you meant to read.

Setting it up

About a minute, once.

Two routes in, depending on what your assistant supports. Neither needs anything installed.

01

In ChatGPT: add the connector

Point it at the Nemivo server address and it sends you here to sign in. You approve on a Nemivo screen that lists exactly what it will be able to read, and you can limit it to a few collections right there.

02

Elsewhere: paste a key

Claude, Cursor and VS Code have no sign-in step, so they take a key instead. Create one in Settings → AI Connections and copy the setup snippet it generates, key already filled in.

03

Just ask

No new command to learn and no prefix to remember. Ask for a recommendation the way you already would, and it goes looking through your saves before it answers.

What you keep

A key you can take back.

Connecting is a real decision, so it comes with real controls rather than a checkbox and a shrug.

It can read. It cannot touch.

Every tool a connection can call is read-only. There is no way for an assistant to save, edit, move, archive or delete anything in your library, because Nemivo does not expose one.

You choose how much it sees

A connection can cover your whole library, or only the collections you tick. Pick two collections and the assistant cannot see, search or open anything outside them, no matter how it asks.

One key per assistant, revocable

Each client gets its own key, so cutting one off does not disturb the others. Revoking takes effect on the very next request, and the key is stored hashed, so nobody at our end can read it back either.

Rate limited, so nothing runs away

An assistant is software on a loop, not a person clicking. Every connection is capped at 60 requests a minute and 2,000 a day, whatever the client on the other end decides to do.

One thing no setting changes: whatever the assistant reads becomes part of your conversation with whoever runs it, under their privacy policy rather than ours. That is the trade you are making, and it is why the controls above exist.

FAQ

Before you connect anything.

ChatGPT, Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code, plus anything else that speaks the Model Context Protocol. ChatGPT connects by sending you to a Nemivo screen to sign in and approve, because its connectors have nowhere to paste a key. The others take a key you generate in Settings.
