Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Nemivo. By creating an account, installing the browser extension or otherwise using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your data is covered by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Nemivo captures the items you save on supported social platforms, reads the text those items carry, and organizes them into a searchable library. It consists of a website, a web app and a browser extension.

Nemivo is a tool for organizing your own saves. It is not a storage service for the media itself: we keep the link and the metadata, and the content stays on the platform it came from. If a post is deleted there, the preview may stop working here.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live if that is higher.
• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your email address current.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password and your extension session to yourself.
• One account is for one person. Do not share it or resell access to it.
• Tell us promptly at support@nemivo.co if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Nemivo has a free plan with published limits and a paid Pro plan that removes them. The current limits and price are shown on the pricing section of our site, and the limits the app enforces are always the ones you see there.

• Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.
• A paid plan renews automatically each period until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings. There is no cancellation fee.
• If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you before the change applies to you, and you can cancel instead.
• Beyond the refund rights the law gives you, payments already made are not refundable. If something went genuinely wrong, write to us and we will look at it.

If you downgrade from Pro to Free, your content is not deleted. Features that are Pro-only, such as public share links, stop working, and limits such as the item cap apply again to new activity.

While using Nemivo you agree not to:

• Break the law, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy.
• Save or process content you have no right to access.
• Use the service to build a competing dataset, or to scrape platforms at scale on behalf of others.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, AI credit accounting or rate limits.
• Probe, disrupt or overload the service, or access parts of it you were not granted.
• Resell, sublicense or white-label the service without our written agreement.
• Use the service to store or distribute malware or abusive content.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where the breach is minor and fixable we will normally ask you to fix it first.

What you save, write and organize in Nemivo stays yours. We claim no ownership over it.

To run the service, you give us permission to store your content, to process it, and to send the text it carries to the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy so that summaries, tags, search and answers can be produced. This permission exists only for operating the service and ends when you delete the content or your account.

You confirm that you have the right to save the content you save, and that doing so does not break the rules of the platform it came from.

If you use a public share link, you are choosing to make that collection readable by anyone who has the link. You can revoke a share link at any time.

Nemivo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Reddit, Pinterest, Bluesky, GitHub, Goodreads, Dribbble, Behance or any other platform. Their names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to say where a save came from.

Your use of those platforms stays governed by their own terms. You are responsible for following them.

Summaries, tags, collections and Ask AI answers are produced by AI models from the text a save carries. They can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong, and a post with little or no text will produce a weak result.

Treat AI output as a helpful starting point, not as fact. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or other professional decisions. Every AI field is editable, and the original link is always kept so you can go back to the source.

We work to keep Nemivo available and fast, but we do not promise a specific uptime. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, for reasons outside our control, or because a provider we depend on is down.

Features change. We may add, alter or retire parts of the service. If we retire something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice and, where it matters, a way to export what you had.

You can stop using Nemivo and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your content as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if keeping it open would create a security or legal risk. Unless the law prevents it, we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your library first.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI output will be accurate.

To the extent the law allows, Nemivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that caused it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Nothing in these terms takes away the protections of the consumer law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim before your local courts.

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top reflects the current version. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.
